ugh but today was a hassel... it started off GREAT we got to the mall was one of the first in line my son got a good pic (thank the lord) last year was a hot mess with drool on his shirt lol. ... TOYS! like there isnt other toy stores in the state... the lines were so long and the sales people (OMG) really rude... i understand your busy and its stressful but my motto is "if you cant deal with customers dont work in customer services" One Rep was even cursing, ...
