Do outlet malls across different states have the same discounts / bargains. I'm travelling from Toronto (Canada) to NY/PA this summer and looking to do some discount shopping (clothes/shoes etc) . Any recommendations on where to shop in NY (NY city) or PA (King of Prussia) for great deals? ...
